Well, here we are at Day #10. Way to go Church! I am so proud of you!! I am also very humbled by the overwhelming number who have participated. You can’t imagine what a faith booster your joining me in this fast has been.
Today’s post will be short, but sweet:
- Read II Chronicles 20:1-30 one more time, and let God continue to speak His promises and assurances for His victory to your hearts.
- Spend a little bit of time reflecting on this verse of Scripture: ”I am confident of this very thing, that He who began this good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 1:6 NASB)
Let’s believe God for the victories that have come, or are still going to be coming as a result of this fast. Let’s also thank Him for the wonderful changes that have occurred in our lives as well. May we never be the same as a result of this time of fasting & prayer!!

I have enjoyed the struggle. It seems so odd to say it that way, but any other statement would not be the truth. It has been a struggle. To stuggle for Christ is gain and He has strengthened me the whole way. Not that i was always content or even enjoyable to my family every moment, but Jesus spoke to me through it And my relationship with Him was strengthened as a result. My family got to see me make a stand for God and take my place as the spiritual head of our house and that was awesome. I am honored to have been a part of that. I am proud to be a part of this church, Not just the Good shepard church, but the Church of the Living God!
